For clients who are home bound, in the hospital, or a nursing home, and whose resources are limited but they desire to avoid probate, the following services are available (we make house calls):

Limited Liability Company, Operating Agreement

LEGAL FEE $525 (includes $100 filing fee)

* County Clerk and other Filing Fees are not included. However, we will assist you in transferring assets into the trust, such as brokerage accounts, stocks, bonds, securities, insurance policies, real estate, note and mortgage assignments, oil and gas assignments, and so forth. In addition, we will assist you in completing IRA beneficiary designations.
